Kaia F.I.T. Boot Camps
The Kaia F.I.T Boot Camps are an amazing experience, you simply show up, commit to the program and you will get phenomenal results is a very short amount of time! Working together as a team for four to six weeks, with a fitness assessment and goal sheets, we are able to tailor each boot camp session to you. It’s personal training in a group atmosphere.
F.I.T. Sessions
These sessions run in between the Kaia F.I.T. boot camps. They are a fun way to get in shape or stay in shape, meet friends and get your sweat on. F.I.T. stands for Functional Intense Training, we will be teaching our bodies to move as they were intended to. We Kan run, walk, jump, play, feel confident and have fun getting F.I.T.
Kx Running
This program offers personalized coaching that is a addition to the Kaia F.I.T. It includes written personalized schedules for your ability level, a technical running shirt, access to our forums, discounts at local sponsors, monthly newsletters and most importantly, fun, enthusiasm and inspiration!
Kx Cross Training for Kids and Teens
Kaia F.I.T has created a youth and teen fitness program. This unconventional co-ed sports training program combines Kaia F.I.T. training techniques with non-traditional gymnastics. This class is for anyone and everyone regardless of gender, skill level, athletic ability or fitness goals, the class is for ages 8-18.
Kaia Retreats
A Kaia retreat is the ultimate adventure, come refresh your spirit, rekindle your passions, and enjoy the outdoors. Each retreat is filled with creative activities, beautiful scenery, health food, and great company. Find balance and give back to yourself, you deserve it!
